In view of the latest development of the COVID-19 pandemic, Tai Sang Land Development Limited has stepped up its precautionary measures to further reduce the risks of the novel coronavirus infection arising from social contacts. Starting from 3 December 2020 until further notice, we are adopting the following working arrangements to increase the social distance at our office while ensuring that our services and operations are least disrupted:

 

•   Staff are temporarily working from home on a rotating shift arrangement;

•   Our clients and partners are encouraged to communicate with us via electronic means as much as possible;

•   If it is necessary to come to our office, please contact our staff in advance for appointments; and

•   All guests entering our office must wear a surgical mask and would be requested to undergo temperature screening and disinfection of hands at the office entrance.

 

We will closely monitor the situation and implement appropriate preventive measures whenever necessary.
